WeddingDeal.com is committed to protecting the privacy of buyers and sellers. The privacy of buyers and sellers is of the highest importance and WeddingDeal.com makes every effort to ensure that all users are effectively protected and informed.

Buyer Protection
In order to submit a request using WeddingDeal.com, buyers are required to provide their name, address, zip code, phone number and email. The ZIP Code is used to geographically match buyers with sellers. After a buyer selects a seller's offer, the buyer’s name, email and phone number will be given to that selected seller. Sellers may not contact the buyer for any reason other than to respond to the information specified in the buyer request. Sellers may submit questions to buyer when using the “Question” button. Buyers remain anonymous in their response unless they choose to reveal their contact information to the seller. Address information is protected and will not be shared or sold, but may be used by WeddingDeal.com for mailing advertising purposes. WeddingDeal.com protects the user provided information internally. Only authorized employees and subcontractors will have access to this information.

WeddingDeal.com may send users special offer information, and/or information about promotions. These opportunities are completely optional, and users are not obligated to take advantage of them.

WeddingDeal.com reserves the right to provide aggregate statistics about customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Web site information to reputable third party vendors, but these statistics will not include any personal or identifying information. WeddingDeal.com reserves the right to post on its Web site the text in the RFQ (request for quote) and additional product or service information input by buyers in the request form. However, no information will be posted that includes personally identifiable information. Buyers can cancel their RFQ request by editing the bid due date to make the RFQ expired.

Seller Protection
To become a registered seller with WeddingDeal.com, interested parties must provide contact information. Contact information submitted is intended for buyer viewing and will be shared with buyers. Billing information submitted for account administration
is strictly confidential and will not be shared. Sellers may update or revise any account and contact information by visiting the "Edit Profile" or "My Subscription" sections of WeddingDeal.com after logging in. Sellers may deactivate their account through their “My Subscription” page.

Seller's contact information will be available to buyers online within the "View Bids" screen if buyer clicks on seller's name. This information is necessary for buyers to contact sellers directly. Sellers may be contacted in any or all of the following ways: phone, address, email or seller's web site.

Cookies
Cookies are used to enhance the WeddingDeal.com experience. Cookies are small amounts of data delivered to a user's hard drive by a Web browser. The use of cookies enables WeddingDeal.com to process requests quickly, thereby enhancing the WeddingDeal.com experience for both buyers and sellers. Cookies are required.

Except where noted, information is for registration and accounting purposes only. Though every effort is made to preserve user privacy, personal information may be disclosed when required by law or when such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
